Established as the capital of unified Vietnam in 1802, Hue was not only the political but also the cultural and religious center under the Nguyen dynasty until 1945.

We start the tour of Hue by getting a boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda and learning of the horrific history of the Hue Buddhist massacre. We then continue our visit at the Citadel and Hue Royal Antiques Museum. Visit Dong Ba Market and have lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, visit the tomb of King “Minh Mang” and Tomb of King “Khai Dinh”. Proceed with our tour at a nearby village where people are making incense sticks and conical hats
