How payment works
Booking online never charges you on the spot. We confirm availability and the final details with you first, then send your invoice with the deposit amount (30–50% of the total, as set out in our Refund and Conditions) and your choice of payment methods below.
1. Credit or debit card
Once your booking is confirmed, we create a unique, secure payment link through OnePay — you pay online with your card in a few clicks.
About OnePay
OnePay is one of Vietnam’s leading online payment processors, established in 2006 and a representative of Mastercard’s internet payment service in Vietnam. Your card details are entered directly on OnePay’s secure page — they are processed by OnePay and never seen or stored by Unique Tours.
Which cards are accepted?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard and others supported by OnePay), in major currencies. Any card processing fee that applies is set out clearly in your quote before you pay.
2. Bank transfer
You can also pay by direct bank transfer — our account details are sent with your invoice. Please note that international transfer fees charged by the banks are for the sender’s account, and can be significant from some countries; your consultant will advise the best option for where you are.
Your privacy
What we collect – when you send an enquiry or make a booking, we collect the details needed to arrange your trip: your name, contact details, travel preferences and, where bookings require it, passport information.
How we use it – your information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare your quote and operate your tour. We share it only with the suppliers who deliver your trip — hotels, airlines, cruise and transport operators — and only what each of them needs. We never sell your data to anyone.
Payment details – card payments are processed entirely by OnePay or your bank. Your card number never touches our servers and is never stored by us.
Chat assistant – conversations with the chat assistant on this website may be recorded and reviewed to improve the quality of our answers and service.
