Day 1: Ho Chi Minh / Arrival
Arrival at airport, we transfer you to hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.
Rest of the day is your leisure time.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh
Morning, enjoy breakfast at hotel. After that, take a city tour. Places to visit: The Re-Unification Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral & the War Remnants Museum.
Afternoon, we drive 60km to Cu Chi. Take in the peaceful rural scenery as we drive between rice paddies, look out for ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers alongside the road.
Arrival in Cu Chi. At first glance there is scant evidence today of the fighting and bombing that convulsed Cu Chi during the war. To see what went on, you have to dig deeper – underground.
We drive back to the city.

Day 3: Mekong Delta
After breakfast at hotel, leave Ho Chi Minh for Ben Tre. Take a boat trip on Mekong river to a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, walking through the fruit plantation village.

Day 4: Mekong Delta
Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river. Proceed to Chau Doc, continue our visit at Tra Su, getting to the wild birds Sanctuary.

Day 5: Chau Doc → Phnom Penh
Early morning, take a rowing boat trip to visit a fish farm and floating houses. Visit the Cham minority in their traditional weaving village.
After that, take a speed boat from Chau Doc, Vietnam to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Arrive at Sisowath tourist quay in Phnom Penh around 2.00pm.
After a refrestment, enjoy a lunch at a nice restaurant in Phnom Penh.
Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 6: Phnom Penh → Siem Reap
Morning, start the tour by visitng Royal Palace and its Silver Pagoda. After that, you will be taken to the Khmer Rouge Killing Field and Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (or Wat Phnom instead, as per your preference).
Afternoon, transfer to Siem Reap.

Day 7: Siem Reap
Morning, visit to the antique capital of Angkor Thom. “Angkor” means “city” and “Thom” means big – so the clue is in the name: Angkor Thom refers to what once was a great Khmer city and includes a whole host of temples and sites of historical interest. Continue your visit at Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in Angkor. Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat, the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor and is the Cambodia’s most iconic temple. We continue our visit at Banteay srei. Located away from the main monuments is the Banteay Srei temple, one of Angkor’s highlights. This temple contains the finest, most intricate carvings to be found in Angkor.
Overnight in Siem Reap. (B,L)
Day 8: Siem Reap / Departure
Morning, breakfast at hotel. After that, you will have a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake for sightseeing. Tonle Sap Lake is one of the largest lakes in Asia.
Leave the lake and head to downtown to visit Artisan’s D’angkor, the caving art school.
Enjoy lunch and spend your leisure time in Siem Reap until we transfer you to airport for your departure flight home.
