After breakfast, your tuk-tuk driver and guide will take you to an organic farm near Vientiane, run by a Lao NGO using traditional farming methods. Try rice farming, fish, collect duck eggs, and harvest seasonal vegetables. Cook a traditional Lao lunch with your produce, including sticky rice and papaya salad. On the way back, visit a fresh food market to explore local produce and enjoy Lao coffee or sweets. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.
